Love this … would you mind if I put you on my butt kickers wall?

What a change!! You looks absolutely fabulous!! I am still on my way but it’s hard to imagine that such a transformation is actually possible when thinking about oneself. Anyway, thanks for sharing!!

Seriously!?…the after picture is 200 lbs?…I think you need to reset the scale…are you sure it is registering zero, before you get on?…you look much thinner. 🙂

    Be encouraged!

Thank you, thank you! I just discovered your blog and am starting HMR. I had tried it before and lost about 30 pounds but went off the program. Hoping I can stick with it this time to avoid gastric bypass in 6 months. Ready to do that too, though. I like you did, have a large amount to lose. So glad to find you!

Is great to see that you have long term results. Is really encouraging. I just started the optifast program

I stumbled across your blog when I searched “hmr vs medifast.” I am trying to find a diet that works. Do you recommend hmr?

    • Laina Says:

Hi, I definitely recommend HMR over Optifast. Of course, as with any diet, it only works if you follow it religiously. But of the medically-monitored programs, I find that HMR is vastly superior to any other. Good luck!
