I mentioned yesterday that I’d let you know if the kettlebell workout left me overly sore or not at all. Today I’m definitely feeling it, but not in the “OHMYGOD I’M DYING” way that certain other workouts have left me. I feel mild soreness in the muscles around my hips such as the lower back, glutes, lower obliques, etc. There’s a lot of hingeing at the hips in kettlebells (based on my very limited experience so far) so that totally makes sense.
It’s a pleasant kind of sore, the kind that reminds you you’re alive and getting better, stronger, faster. This pleases me.
