I just came across this article and I wanted to share it:

According to neuroscience researchers, “Physical exercise can ease depression, slow age-related memory loss and prevent Parkinson-like symptoms…” I’ve definitely experienced the first one, I’m looking forward to experiencing the second one, and hope to never need the third. Additionally, the research says that if you’re relying on crossword puzzles to keep your brain healthy into old age they “definitely have more evidence for exercise.”

I’ll be off to the gym in a bit!
