Exercising After Dark

Ugh I woke up with a migraine this morning. I’m at work but waiting for the meds to kick in.

In lieu of a new post, I will instead direct you to a post I made a while back about exercising indoors if you loathe the gym. I find this useful now that the daylight savings time has ended and it’s getting dark out an hour earlier. I have less time to frolick about outdoors while the sun is up, but that doesn’t mean I get to slack off and drop my exercise plans.

Indoor Exercise That Doesn’t Involve the Gym

What did I miss? What’s new since I wrote this? What do you do indoors when you can’t get to the gym (or just don’t want to?). I’m particularly interested in ideas that don’t involve expensive tools or equipment. I’d love to discover something new this winter!

    Along the same lines as Netflix, if you have streaming/On Demand video through your cable provider, there’s often a health or fitness section that carries a selection of videos. Stairs are also great if you’re in a multi-story building. And, at the risk of being inappropriate, if you have a significant other at home, a little cardio in the bedroom is good for both your body and your relationship. 😉
