    My new commute is 2 hours. The bus comes over the GG Bridge, meanders around north beach and the Pier 39 area, then shoots downtown where I get off. It takes ~30 minutes to do this meandering in SF. It also takes about 30 mins to walk from Pier 39 to my office. I’m thinking about hopping off the bus early and walking that last 30 mins. I think it may take about the same amount of time.

      Sounds like an excellent plan. Combining your exercise with your commute makes it more likely that you will exercise … I bike to work 🙂
